normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.投标保证金交纳：投标保证金人民币贰万元整，接受银行转账、保函等非现金形式缴纳。以银行转账方式缴纳投标保证金的须从投标人基本账户一次性按本项目要求金额转入，且确保在2021年11月10日09时00分前到账并检查绑定成功，否则，责任由投标人自行承担（为确保按时到账，请尽早交纳）。供应商以保函方式缴纳投标保证金的，必须符合毕节市 相关规定，否则不能上传响应文件的，责任由供应商自行承担。
