normal align=left style='margin-top:7.5pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:4.15pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:left;text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.谈判保证金交纳：由投标人基本账户出具，以银行转账、支票、汇票、本票或者金融机构、担保机构出具的保函等非现金形式提交（以银行转账方式以外交纳保证金的需开标现场提供原件）。以银行转账方式交纳保证金的，投标人必须在2021年11月19日9时00分前从其基本账户向毕节市 交纳投标保证金人民币伍仟元整（以到账时间为准，由于跨行转账需一定时间，为确保保证金按时到账，请尽早交纳保证金）；投标保证金必须从投标人基本账户一次性按本项目要求金额转入，且确保在响应文件提交截止时间前到账并检查绑定成功，否则，责任由投标人自行承担。
