normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本招标项目赫章县城关至野马川城市干道工程检测招标已由赫章县发展和改革局以赫发改〔2016〕710号文件批准，招标人（项目业主）为赫章县融达安方道路工程 ，建设资金来自银行贷款及自筹。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的检测进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.1 建设 S212连接线路基宽12米，设计时速30km/h。建设内容包括道路、桥涵、隧道、排水、绿化、照明、交通工程等；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.3 招标范围：本项目桥梁工程、隧道工程、防护工程及相关附属工程等的试验检测工作。

normal style='line-height:150%'>2.4 试验检测服务期：本项目合同签订之日起至全部试验检测工作完成为止。

normal style='line-height:150%'>3.投标人资格要求

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投标人须具备有效的质量技术监督机构颁发的CMA资质认定证书，且认证证书中认证范围含有相应的桥梁工程、隧道工程检测与监测；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.投标人需具备建设行政主管部门颁发的《建设工程质量检测机构资质证书》资质或具备交通质量监督部门颁发的公路工程试验检测综合乙级及以上资质。

normal style='line-height:150%'>并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的能力。
