本项目不接受联合体。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

供应商符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定，并提供下列材料：①提供法人或其他组织的营业执照等证明文件；②具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度：供应商应提供2020年度经审计的财务报告或基本

2、落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：政府采购项目需要落实（履行）的政府采购政策详见《招标文件》。

3、本项目的特定资格要求：供应商具备建设行政主管部门核发的水利水电工程或市政公用工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，具备有效的安全生产许可证。拟派项目经理须注册在本单位，且具备水利水电工程或市政公用工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B证），且未担任其他在建项目的项目经理。技术负责人具备中级及以上职称。主要管理人员：施工员1 人、质量员 1 人、安全员 1 人、材料员 1 人、资料员 1 人。
