portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 16px;\">portant;\">（二）项目 河道总长9751米，河道宽度3-44米，其中鲜河支流300米、金沙河长45587米、偏岩河长2513米、西洛河405米、箐河1946米。改造原有拦河坝5座，新建拦河坝4座；2、河道截污工程。截污管总长（含支管）11765米（DN600型7810米，DN800型5700米），雨水管总长11765米（DN1000型7810米，DN1200型5700米），水质监测系统9套等；3、河道环境综合治理工程。景观硬质铺装108199平方米、景观绿化154890平方米、公用建筑25891平方米、新建人行景观桥梁8座、景观照明、景观建筑小品等；4、广场131268平方米及配套设施。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 16px;\">portant;\">（一）投标申请人资格要求：在中国境内依法注册的企业法人，且合法存续，持有有效的企业法人营业执照且经营范围包含保险相关内容（具有履行合同所必需的能力的财产保险公司唯一授权，同一总公司只允许授权其中一家 参加投标），具有中国保险监督管理委员会认可的中华人民共和国经验保险业务资格（经验范围含财产保险业务）并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的能力。
