normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:25.0pt;background:white'>3、 具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：提供2021年任意一个月依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的凭证或证明材料（依法免税或不需要缴纳社保资金的投标人须提供相应证明文件）；
